End-to-End AI Automation for Short-Form Video Production (Make)
A content creator needed a scalable way to produce short-form videos consistently without spending hours on scripting, asset generation, and manual assembly. I designed an end-to-end AI-powered workflow in Make that orchestrates content creation from a central Airtable base, using large language models to generate structured scripts and metadata, AI image generation to produce visual assets, and text-to-speech to create voiceovers. The automation intelligently routes tasks, iterates over content elements, parses and transforms AI outputs, aggregates media inputs to adapt outputs to the content creator's personality and content style, and triggers external APIs to assemble publish-ready video components, while continuously updating records and file links across Airtable and Google Drive. This workflow replaces a fully manual production pipeline with a reliable, repeatable system that enables rapid, high-volume, quality short-video generation with minimal human intervention.

Regional Event & Sponsorship Governance Automation (Power Automate)
A multinational firm needed a controlled, auditable, and timely way to manage event and sponsorship approvals across regions, ensuring leadership visibility, budget governance, and accurate financial reporting. I built an end-to-end Power Automate workflow that orchestrates the full approval lifecycle: capturing requests, routing them to the appropriate regional leaders through the Microsoft Teams Approvals app, monitoring decisions, and automatically triggering the correct follow-up actions. Once an approval or rejection is submitted, the flow generates and sends the appropriate notification email to the requester, updates structured cost and event data in a central Excel file, and feeds a Power BI report used by regional finance teams to track spending, commitments, and approval turnaround times. This automation replaced a fragmented manual process with a standardized, traceable system that ensures faster approvals, cleaner data, and real-time reporting for leadership.
